Rules Of Engagement

XAD is a systems design house. A typical design and development process consists of following steps.

Requirement Analysis:

Step 1: Client passes requirements to XAD team.

Step 2: XAD understands the requirements and suggest technologies to fulfil client objectives while assessing the risk, budget and time scales  involved.

Letter of Intent:

Step 3: Client shows an intention to engage with XAD and requests a technical and commercial proposal.

Proposal Submission and Legal Contract:

Step 4: XAD submits a formal proposal and signs a legal contract to start working on producing a solution.

Project Execution:

Step 5: XAD assigns a project manger to execute the project, get approvals and communicate with all stake holders.

Project Completion:

Step 6: XAD completes the development and invite client management to under take Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Step 7: XAD ships the goods and undertake Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) before handing over the system to the client.

Service and Support:

Step 8: XAD supports the client and undertakes post implementation services.
